Operations are metered actions in Intent Grip. Every create, read, update, or delete action on items (intentions, agendas, schedules, reflections, habits, etc.) counts as 1 operation. Most users need 1,000-2,000 ops/month.
What are Grip Credits?
Grip Credits power AI-assisted features like intelligent suggestions, pattern analysis, and personalized insights. They can also be used to purchase additional operations when you need more capacity.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes! You can change your plan anytime. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a refund policy?
